Bill brings decades of experience helping organizations translate strategy into action and achieve lasting growth. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Lehigh University College of Business.

His leadership roles have included Head of School at Oskaloosa Christian School, Superintendent at Des Moines Christian School, and Principal at Urbandale High School, building on earlier experience as a teacher, coach, and adjunct professor. He is dedicated to helping organizations develop strong leaders and effective learning environments.He is deeply committed to developing both organizations and people through leadership, spiritual formation, and disciple-making. His areas of focus include calling, stress management, the effects of screens on students, and biblical studies, as well as men’s and marriage ministry. George is a retired Green Beret and military chaplain with extensive experience advising top military leaders, including the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and commanders of U.S. Special Operations. He is a nationally sought speaker and teacher on leadership, ethics, resiliency, and moral injury/PTSD. George currently serves as Deputy Chief of Chaplains for Marketplace Chaplains, dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations with guidance, training, and mentorship.
